In November 2008, two long time friends came together with a combined experience of over 20 years in the IT arena to form ConstoTech LLC,. Nathan Saucier and Ernest Wiggins both agreed that there was a huge lack of proper project managment and setting good customer expectations in many of the companies they worked for so they set out to become experts at getting things done within scope and budget.
